How do I claim my prizes?
If you place for a particular contest, you will automatically be emailed with instructions to redeem your prize from our prizing partner Prizeout. Please allow 48 hours after the conclusion of a game for your email instructions to arrive. To redeem your gift card, please check the email on file with your Gotham Sports account. If you're not sure which email you used signing up, please check your account profile on the Gotham Sports app and make sure your email is up-to-date.
Can’t Make Picks/Page Throws Error

Solution 1:
- Please close the Gotham Sports app completely by swiping it off your device tray
- Launch the Gotham Sports app again and tap on the Play tab to see if the issue has been resolved
- Tap on the Account tab and then log out of your Gotham Sports account
- Log back into your Gotham Sports account
- Tap on the Play tab to see if the issue has been resolved
